Fantastic
We chose Amato for my birthday meal based on the rave reviews and it did not disappoint. The tapas was delicious, especially the deep fried manchego and sundried tomato balls and the smoked prawns. To die for! We ordered 9 dishes for 2 and it was probably one too many. The service was excellent. We did have a problem finding it initially. You need to take the small lane that leads between what looks like a gated park (beside the opera house) and the Hilton entrance, then walk past the Hilton (on your right) and you’ll find it.
